| The Covenant House/C.H.A.I.
complex was established in 1973 to meet the needs of older adults in the
greater St. Louis area. The product of a unique partnership between B'nai
B'rith and B'nai B'rith Women St. Louis Councils, Jewish Federation, Jewish
Community Center and Jewish Center for Aged, the award-winning facility is
one of the community's largest non-profit government subsidized housing for
the elderly. |

| Since its doors opened,
Covenant House/C.H.A.I. has served as a role model for similar
institutions across the country. Centrally located on beautiful
65-acre Millstone Campus in the heart of West County, its three
buildings comprise 434 apartment units and offer a host of amenities
for residents and older adults living in surrounding areas. |

| Covenant House/C.H.A.I.'s
prime location enables tenants to take advantage of programs and services at
the nearby JCC and Jewish Federation Kopolow Building, housing several
community agencies as well as a first-class library. It is also conveniently
situated near public transportation which allows tenants to freely come and
go as they wish. |
